What if I need to reschedule?
I require a minimum of 48 hours to reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. We’re all human and life happens, so you may reschedule once with notice. But if you need to reschedule again a second time, another deposit will be required. If you need to change your appointment, but can’t reschedule and commit to a new date at that time, then we will cancel the appointment until you can commit to an appointment. Deposits will not be held without an appointment for longer than 6 months. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
