F.A.Q.’s

Do you do free touch ups?

Touch ups are done upon approval. If you think you may need a touch, please email a photo of your tattoo (at least 1 month healed) and we can discuss it. You will not be eligible for a free touch up if you used numbing creams, exposed the fresh tattoo to prolonged sunlight/got sunburned (this causes obvious fading to a new tattoo), soaked the fresh tattoo in the bath/went swimming, or didn't disclose medical information that impedes healing (such as being on certain medications, had a procedure soon after the tattoo, etc).

Aftercare is critical, so please do your best to follow the aftercare guidelines.  ** Hand and feet tattoos are not eligible for free touch ups. We will have a clear conversation about the risks of tattooing these areas and special considerations and advice for aftercare. Any touch ups for these areas will require at least a set up or session fee.

A free touch up can be done within the first few months after the tattoo is done. After that point, it is no longer considered a touch up and you will be charged a minimum session rate or set up fee for the service. If you wish to alter, add, or change anything after the tattoo was completed, it is not considered a touch up. You will be charged for any new alteration.
